This card was inspired by Mish Wooderson and I believe she was inspired by a card in the latest Stampin' Up! catalog.It's hard to tell but the scallop strip is covered in glitter, and the black dots are actually rhinestones. It's way more glam in person. Stamps: Damask Designs
