2 Videos - Shopping in San Diego and a flower tutorial.

Hey guys! I've got two videos for you tonight... I'll try not to post for a few days, because after watching them both even I am tired of my allergy stricken self!

First up... a quick recap on my shopping in San Diego:

If you are curious about the store I mention in the video here's the link. If you want to watch it YouTube just click here.

Here's a second video on how I make my fabric flowers!

If you make any flowers please let me know. I'd love to see them. If you want to watch the video on YouTube, just click here.

YOu are soooo cute! I love your shopping video. THose old maid and flash cards!!! thud! Makes me want to go thrifting tomorrow for some found TREASURES! I *heart cosmo and hambly too. I could never get enough of using hambly grid overlays especially :) The woodgrain you showed is in my collection...and it's so precious, I can't use it, YET. LOL Thanks for the recommendation on the store in SD. I'll be back later to watch your flower tutorial....gotta get the kiddos to bed first

First of all, you are a cutie pie!!! Too adorable!!!

Thank you for the wonderful flower tutorial. The flowers look easy to make but once their finished they look like you spent tons of time on them! You're a great teacher! Just so you know, I agree that "sometimes the ribbon wins"!! That's a great quote!!

Glad you had fun scrapbook shopping in San Diego. Paper Tales sounds (and looks) AMAZING!!!! ♥♥ Kay

Thx for the tut! Great job!!

I will definitely be making some. I think I would use a glue gun to adhere them to my project. Super quick drying and it's pretty permanent. What do you think?

Love the flower video! I did end up sewing most of my fabric strips into tubes so I wouldn't have the raw edges. Here's a link to some I made this past weekend - http://nevertoooldtocolor.blogspot.com/2009/11/fabric-flowers.html

I'm new to your blog and really LOVED watching your video! (love the southern drawl) ;) I've always wanted to try these flowers and am so excited now that I've seen how to do it! I'm curious too about what kind of video equipment you use. I'd love to try my hand at putting videos on my blog and am trying to research a bit. :) Thanks so much for taking the time to do this!!
