We had my sweet nephew Brayden's birthday party yesterday. So through the project madness that's going in our house right now I was able to make a quick card. I usually hate me quick cards, but although this is a simple one I really like it.
I also realized that I have ZERO kiddish stamps. I really need to invest in some. Any ideas?
The paper is from an old SU pack Summer Picnic.
And here is the most recent picture of Brayden. He's really starting to look like a little boy now. He also had that moment where he realized his mom and I have the same name. One day at lunch he pointed to me and said, "You're Courtney Baker" then pointed to his mom and said "And she's Courtney Baker." He said this all with the biggest -I'm so proud of myself - grin. Super cute.
I'll leave you with another picture of our project. And just so you know, we are building a closet system. It is going to be a million times better than what we had before!

Very Cute card, and thanks for letting us in on what your project is. You guys are so ambitious!
You wanna come over and work on my house? I'll pay you in crafty supplies! LOL!
Love your cute boy card--that paper is perfect for a little guy!
So cute Courtney! Brayden is a cutie too! :) I don't have any great suggestions off the top of my head as far as kid stamps. I have quite a few so you are more than welcome to come and look to see what I have.
Love the birthday card! besides, your picture is so clear, tell me your secrets on how you upload such a great size picture and so clear :-)
I was thinking the same thing the other day, about the kids stamps. I wanted to make a card for a little 12 years old friend of mine and I had nothing!
Cute card! I love the colors! I guess I was wrong on the project. I thought it was the stripes on the walls, but I can't wait to see the finished closet! :)
Cute card! I love that paper!
My Sister in law and I have the same name as well, Christina Wofford, and my nephew sometimes looks at us weird when someone else calls us both that. He's only 2 and a half, and I don't think he has caught on. But I can't wait til he does! lol
