December Daily 18, 19, 20, 21

Before I get to the December Daily, I have to say when there is snow or even a hint of the white stuff people go CRAZY here (granted the state of Tennessee only owns one snow plow ... I'm only guessing I've never actually seen that one snow plow)! Peaple go crazy that they might somehow be shut in for weeks, that we might not have to go to work, that they will run out of milk, etc etc. For the last two days my super good friend Mary Anna has been giving us the 101 on the arctic mass headed to Nashville. I told her all day yesterday that there was no way they were going to close our work. However, to Mary Anna's glee we finally get to leave a little early from work, and ... well you have to go over to her blog to read the joke we played on her. So funny. Well if you know Mary Anna and can imagine how worked up she can get... then so funny!

Seriously the weather is all we can talk about in Tennessee and to prove it, here's another little story from Mary Anna's blog:

Courtney and I were dining at our favorite Mexican joint today for lunch, and yakked of the cold weather that's blanketed our fine state. With a pitiful look in her eyes, Courtney says to me, "Do you know who I feel really sorry for when it gets so cold out?" Sympathetically, I nodded. I knew exactly who she was going to say. As I opened my mouth and stated "the homeless," Courtney simultaneously said, "my dog." We both sat there a minute and burst out laughing. Sweet Courtney. I love her, and her little dog too.

Here are some of my final days of my December Daily!

Ah, so love that project! To be honest I got a little crazy trying to finish it up! I forgot how messy scrapbooking can get! I had stuff EVERYWHERE!

Tonight is the last night to get your EBTKS card done! I really had fun with this challenge, so come play along with us!

I hopped over from Elise Blaha's blog and read that you were in Tennessee. We live in Walland (in the Smoky Mountains between Maryville and Townsed) and we're "in the snow" right now, too. Now to browse the rest of your DD...I still have Christmas morning to document, then on to the next project!

ROFL! Seriously, we're the same when it snows over here like it has now! We must totally be on the same wavelength as yesterday I was walking outta the local shop/store when I saw a dog tied up while his owner was in the shop and said to my bf, I feel so sorry for dogs in this weather, think of their little paws! It'd be like walking around barefoot in the freezing snow! He just laughed at me LOL!
Oooh and fabby project too btw ;D

Everyone gets all worked up in SE Texas too over the snow! Our area doesn't even own one snow plow! :) We are getting that Artic blast right now too, it's in the teens! And I want you to know, my outside dog, is in the house, in his kennel! So he isn't cold! :)
I love your December Daily book, you have really inspired me to make one these this year! I am thinking about making mine before Christmas, and then add the pictures and journaling, because I never have time to do anything around Christmas! I really wanted to do more scrapbooking this year, so that would be great! :)

Wonderful December Daily scrapbook! I've loved seeing your progress throughout the days and you've certainly inspired me to do one for myself next Christmas. Stay warm, my dear. And, Maddie too!!!

That was a cute story, but truly, those little yorkies do get cold fast, don't they?

OMGosh that is TOO funny. I must go check out Mary Anna's blog...she sounds like a hoot.

My little dogs (Willow 4lbs and Paisley 6lbs) just went out today for the first time in a few days. It was SO cold there was no way. Mind you when I say it was SO cold here you know I mean it! LOL. Thank Goodness for puppy training pads.
