Christmas in ... May
I've been making several Christmas cards for magazine calls. I thought it would be super hard to make Christmas cards this time of year, but it really was not bad! Plus, any that don't get accepted get collected into my collection of Christmas cards to send out. I love that calls get you ahead of the game.

I like the burlap on it as well! Yea for getting christmas cards done really early! I should try that instead of waiting until the very last possible moment:-)

I always have trouble gearing up for Christmas cards in May. Maybe it's because the weather has just started to get nice again and I can't bear to think about snow!

That gathered burlap is a great touch. The colors are just great overall too.
I just went to the fabric store yesterday and bought a few interesting things to work with just to add texture to my cards too - excited.

Amazing this didn;t get accepted. I love the texture of the material and the string across hold the pleats down.
I just love this!! And that fabric adds a great touch to your card! I have yet to make any Christmas cards but I think I should :)
