Work and work

I've been busy working away at some simple cards for FOUR classes I'm teaching at the women's retreat at church this weekend. I found out yesterday that I need to plan for 50 ladies! So I've been cutting away (and so has Chase).

I just wanted to show you what I've been working on. What do you think? I had to be super conscious of how many resources I was using and my time limit!


This first card is really inspired by Kelley's card she sent in our recent swap (let us know if you want to join in on the fun, we are probably going to do another one in January).

    Great take on Kelley's card! And just love the happy colors and the twine on the box present on the second one. I can hear your cutting slicing as I type. Its great that you've got your hubby to assist! :> Good luck and have a great time! :>

    Courtney - these cards are beautiful! The ladies will love them :) Love the little 'gift' atop the Cosmo Crickett paper - the brads on the scallop are the perfect touch! Watch out for paper cuts :)
