Strange day.

I just went down stairs and found three guys baking cookies...

Strange day.

And since it's already a strange day, I'll just go with it. I started making a few Haloween cards. This is my favorite so far. I just love that cat:

This is a 4.25"x5.5" card that is opened in the middle. I decided to go outside the box with my Top Notz die. Unfortunately some of the details of this card are a little hard to see. There is black stitching around the purple cardstock, and that black cat has been cut out of black paper and popped up with dimensionals.

Stamps: Damask Designs, Halloween Tags
Ink: Elegant Eggplant (this always stamps so well for me)
Cardstock: Pumpkin Pie, Elegant Eggplant, Basic Gray
Ribbon: Black PTI Satin, May Arts Thread

Thanks for all of your comments on my little video! And trust me Kelley and I would have loved to have you all there shopping with us! How much fun would that have been!

Adorable card. It's that time of year to get working on the Halloween cards. I have some made, but not posted them yet. They are buried in my craft room from last week's flooring work.

Hey Courtney,

I bet it was really hard to stay away from PTI release....
I got Trio Tree Trimmings, Vintage Labels (which was GONE by this morning), the epoxy stickers, a BUNCH of paper (the best paper to stamp on, I realized...), some ink and ribbon. I would have gotten more, but I remembered it's only September, so I can still come back and order Christmas stuff a little later on ha ha :-)

With three men in your kitchen, you were a spoiled girl! :-) Love how the card opens!
